The role:

As the eCommerce Data Analytics Lead, you will build the Data Analytics strategy in the global eCommerce team. This includes defining metrics, measurement technology evaluation, integration into commercial data foundations, and coordination of descriptive and advanced analytics for business needs. You will develop and implement strategies to empower eCommerce teams with timely, concise, and actionable insights to drive decision-making at speed.

What youll do:

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

- Define Data and analytics Strategy: Establish key eCommerce metrics that matter to measure success, identify data tools and service providers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure effective project delivery. Additionally, provide ongoing training and awareness to support global and regional teams in data management and analytical methodologies.
- Reporting, Dashboarding and Automation: Create a journey towards automation by developing predictive dashboards and analytical processes that can scale with business demands. Ensure the provision of tools and infrastructure for flexible access to performance tracking across various metrics, including growth, profitability, market share, media ROI, and content/digital shelf performance. Further, you will Lead and coordinate priority use cases of advanced analytics across
- Drive Data Commercialization: Develop methodologies for data commercialization leveraging strategic revenue management (SRM/NRM). Create tools utilizing multiple data sources, scale up solutions and promote best practices among markets.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with teams across the group (sales, marketing, finance) integrating eCommerce data into the commercial data foundation, developing broader and more sophisticated use cases.

What will make you a great fit?

- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or similar.
- +8 years experience in Marketing, Sales and/or eCommerce roles.
- Worked in data and analytics roles within commercial environments
- Being able to define strategies, align teams and build a roadmap.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, at all levels within the organization and external partners.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Bonus Points If You:

- Have worked in above market/international roles
- Experience/knowledge with IT products environments.
- Other language knowledge would be a plus.
