Campaign Marketing Manager

Lead strategic planning and execution for high-performance marketing campaigns
Manage multi-channel digital campaigns that drive measurable impact
Oversee key events and webinars to engage and nurture prospects
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with the latest market trends and audience insights
Generate qualified leads through both inbound and outbound marketing tactics-think lead capture forms, gated content, landing pages, and targeted outreach
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and marketing) to ensure seamless alignment with sales objectives, product launches, and go-to-market strategies
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns across digital channels to achieve ambitious KPIs (MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline velocity)
Coordinate with global teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery of EMEA campaigns
Create and localize high-quality content and assets that speak to the needs of your audience and align with campaign goals
Hybrid work modality - Barcelona offices (2 days office)
English and French is a Must
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record in driving measurable results in lead generation and revenue growth
Proven experience in managing and executing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including search engines and LinkedIn
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple digital marketing channels, including social media platforms and email marketing
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot and Content Management System)
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and French (both verbal and written) is mandatory Spanish is a plus
Flexibility to travel as needed for workshops, meetings, and project engagements
As the Campaign Marketing Specialist for the x business unit, you will plan and oversee demand generation campaigns. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the campaign, such as budgeting, content creation, team coordination across EMEA, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring it aligns with business goals and reaches the target audience effectively.
