As a Quality Manager, your main responsibilities:
Manages the quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other standards
Develops, implements, and monitors quality processes to uphold high standards.
Analyzes quality data, performs root cause analyses, and implements corrective actions.
Plans and conducts internal and external audits.
Monitors supplier quality and conducts supplier audits.
Promotes a quality-focused culture through training and coaching.
Collaborates with departments to integrate quality objectives into product development and manufacturing.
Builds and leads a quality team to drive improvements and implement initiatives.
Ensures compliance with organizational guidelines and legal regulations.
Incorporate into a growth-stage company.
Start the year with a new project.
Education: Degree in Engineering
Experience:
At least 5 years in Quality Management Department within the automotive industry.
Proficiency in internal/external audits and automotive tools
Skills:
Strong analytical thinking to solve complex quality issues.
Leadership experience managing teams in an industrial environment.
Effective communication and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English
