Marketing Manager

Deploy the marketing initiatives and communication strategies in the scope of countries
Design, timely execute and follow a full operational marketing plan
Own the 360 activation of the brands, including media plans (traditional and digital)
Deploy the communication campaigns to sales teams with constant and appropriate support (including training)
Analyze sales and market results vs objectives / propose corrective actions if necessary
Support the implementation of the company digital strategy in close relationship with corporate digital marketing team and other local team members
Create / maintain the KOL network supporting the current brands. Ensure perfect compliance with legal framework
Manage Scientific commercial shows.
Manage and develop training with dentist in collaboration with KOL.
Ensure continuous exchanges, reporting and alignment with corporate teams
Manage his marketing budget
Requisitos de experiencia
Experience in medical device (consumables) or dental consumables
7-10 years experience in a product management position
Educación
Bac +4/+5 including a marketing degree
Spain Native, Fluent Italian Fluent English.
Strong Marketing Skills acquired in well-known and structured companies, ideally in a company that is part of an international group
Experiencia
7-10 years experience (minimum) in a product management position
Experience in well-known and structured companies, ideally in a company that is part of an international group where marketing orientation is a focus
Experience: medical device (consumables) or dental consumables
Experience in operating in an International and matrix structure (solid relation with corporate structure)
Experience in a multicultural environment
