To be successful in the role you must have:
5+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage Contact Center projects deployment execution.
- Functional requirements understanding for technical implementation.
- Channels: Voice, email, chat and third-party messaging integration (Social Media, WhatsApp)
- Applications:- Architect (Call flow interaction routing design)
- Outbound dialing
- Self-service (IVR, Voice bot, chat bot)
- Reporting services:- Real-time and historical reporting
- KPI data analytics reporting development with Genesys A3S
- Workforce Management:- Configuration and administration
- Third-party integration:- Desktop integrations with GC Embeddable framework.
- Genesys Cloud API development
Nice to Have
- AWS API development knowledge
- Genesys Cloud Certified Professional
- Genesys Cloud Certified Specialist (architect)
