Its a greenfield opportunity to try to disrupt the wellness fitness industry. We are looking for product minded, impact-driven engineers to join us on this journey.
What Were Looking For
Key responsibilities:
- Design and evolve scalable and reusable mobile infrastructure, tooling, and shared components to accelerate development across all mobile apps in the Welltech portfolio
- Build and maintain libraries, SDKs, CI/CD pipelines, tooling, etc. to improve developer experience and apps reliability
- Partner closely with product engineering teams to understand their needs and drive adoption of platform solutions
- Drive architecture and technical standards across product engineering teams, advocating for clean abstractions, modularization and testability by design
- Lead by example through hands-on coding, documentation, and mentoring
- Identify common problems across apps and solve them in a consistent, scalable way
- Ensure high-quality, testable, and performant code across the shared mobile platform and tooling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, frontend, security, and infrastructure teams to enable seamless integration and platform alignment
Required skills:
- Deep expertise in iOS development with a strong grasp of Swift, including concurrency, networking, persistence, and performance optimization
- Strong experience with TCA and composable, modular UI architectures
- Excellent understanding of architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI, DI) and modular codebases
- Proven ability to craft clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Strong ability to design for reliability, scalability, and performance
- Track record of building internal tools, shared components, or platform features at scale
- Strong advocate of technical patterns and solutions that optimize for experimentation speed (e.g. modularization, high cohesion/low coupling)
- Strong experience with CI/CD best practices and tooling (e.g. Bitrise, Fastlane, custom pipelines)
- Experience implementing and advocating for methodologies that support fast iteration and high dev productivity (e.g. eXtreme Programming, Trunk Based Development, CI/CD mindset, BDD, TDD)
- Strong advocate of design for testability, automated testing, and shift-left quality mindset
- Passion for developer experience and enabling teams to move faster and safer
- Product-minded approach with a bias for pragmatic, maintainable solutions
- Ability to influence without formal authority and communicate clearly across teams
Nice to have:
- Experience with backend development
- Experience with backend-driven UI
- Hands-on experience with OWASP mobile security best practices
